The FMV Ayazağa Işık High School and Science High School Counseling and Guidance Service provided training on self-control to the preparatory and 9th grade students from March 6 to March 9, 2023. The meaning of self-control, how it is learned from childhood, its importance for success and happiness, and how it can be developed were studied with the students. The basic skills related to impulse and emotion control during adolescence were also emphasized.
