The "Anxiety and Stress Management" seminar aimed at 11th-grade students was organized by the FMV Ayazağa Işık High School and Science High School Psychological Counseling and Guidance Service and took place on December 22, 2023. During the seminar, information was provided to students on how to cope with anxiety and stress, as well as how to effectively utilize emotional resilience skills.
